干燥箱各系統配置及技術說明：
1)本設備由室體、加熱系統、電氣控制系統、送風系統、保護系統等組成。
2)工作室內擱架可隨用戶的要求任意調節高度以及擱架的數量。
3)工作室與外箱之間的保溫材料為優質超細玻璃纖維保溫棉，保溫層厚度：＞70mm, 隔溫效果好，國內，高性能的絕緣結構。從里到外有內腔、內殼、超細玻璃纖維、鋁制反射鋁箔片、空氣夾層，內膽熱量損失少。內膽外箱及門膽結構獨特，極大減少了內腔熱量的外傳。
4)門與門框之間采用高性能密封材料及獨特的橡膠密封結構，密封、耐高溫性、抗老化性好。
5)箱內風道采用雙循環系統，不銹鋼多翼式離心風輪及循環風道組成，置于箱體背部的電加熱器熱量通過側面風道向前排出，經過干燥物后再被背部的離心風輪吸入，形成合理的風道，能使熱空氣充分對流，使箱內溫度大限度達到均勻。提高了空氣流量加熱的能力，大幅改善了干燥箱的溫度均勻性。
